Summit Cowl (page 182) Row 4 should read:

Row 4: ch 1, turn, sc in first st, *ch 3, v-stitch in next ch-1 sp, ch 3, sc in next ch-1 sp of next fan*, repeat between *...*, end last repeat in top of turning ch.
