DESCRIPTION:
This is a PDF knitting pattern for a knit hat in adult size.  This pattern is written for 4 different weights of yarn: #6 super bulky weight, #5 bulky weight, #5 light bulky weight, and #4 worsted weight yarn.  

SIZES INCLUDED:
Adult (One Size Fits Most), suggestions given for altering size

KNIT SKILL LEVEL:
Easy.  Skills used are knit, purl, knitting in the round, decreases

KNITTING NEEDLES:

#4 Worsted Weight Knitting Needles: 
US #6 (4 mm) 16” (40 cm) circular knitting needle 
US #8 (5 mm) 16” (40 cm) circular knitting needle 
A set of DPNs in same size used for body (optional), or use magic loop method

#5 Light Bulky Weight Knitting Needles:
US #7 (4.5 mm) 16" (40 cm) circular knitting needle
US #9 (5.5 mm) 16" (40 cm) circular knitting needle
A set of DPNs in same size used for body (optional), or use magic loop method

#5 Bulky Weight Knitting Needles:
US #8 (5 mm) 16" (40 cm) circular knitting needle
US #10.5 (6.5 mm) 16" (40 cm) circular knitting needle
A set of DPNs in same size used for body (optional), or use magic loop method

#6 Super Bulky Weight Knitting Needles:
US #10.5 (6.5 mm) 16” (40 cm) circular knitting needle 
US #11 (8 mm) 16" (40 cm) circular knitting needle
A set of DPNs in same size used for body (optional), or use magic loop method

YARN: 
115-168 yards of #4 worsted weight yarn (I used Malabrigo Washted)
130 yards of #5 light bulky weight yarn (I used Malabrigo Mecha)
100-127 yards of #5 bulky weight yarn (I used Malabrigo Chunky)
75-80 yards of #6 super bulky weight yarn (I used Malabrigo Rasta)

NOTIONS:
Measuring tape, stitch marker, yarn needle, pom pom or pom pom maker (optional)
