DESCRIPTION:
This is a PDF knitting pattern for a knit hat in a classic 2-stitch cable design inspired by my 2016 crochet pattern "Chain Link Slouch". For a similar knit version with larger 4-stitch cables, please see my knit pattern "Chain Links Slouch". This pattern is written for #4 worsted, #5 light bulky, #5 bulky, and #6 super bulky options. The pattern also includes options for a beanie fit or a longer slouchy fit.

#5 Bulky Yarn: 85-110 yards of #5 bulky weight yarn (I used Malabrigo Chunky)
#6 Super Bulky Yarn: 70-80 yards of #6 super bulky weight yarn (I used Malabrigo Rasta)
Notions: measuring tape, stitch marker, scissors, yarn needle, cable needle, pom pom or pom pom maker (optional)
