HEAT THERAPY:  Therapy packs provide gentle, moist heat that promotes healing. They are ideal for soothing neck and back pain, fibromyalgia, stomachaches, and menstrual cramps. COLD THERAPY:  Therapy packs can also be chilled for cold packs. Use them to cool a sunburn or fever, ease hot flashes, relieve inflammation, sinus headaches, toothaches, bruises, sprains, and many other injuries or ailments.

JASMINE RICE FILLING:  Jasmine rice is an excellent choice for therapy packs because of its subtle floral aroma when heated. It's aromatherapy and heat therapy all in one!  Like other grains, rice retains heat well, providing long-lasting warmth.  Rice also creates moist heat which can be more soothing than dry heat.  Tiny grains of rice result in a soft and pliable heat pack.

DETAILS:  100% cotton fabric and thread (microwave safe).  Filled with 100% premium jasmine rice.  Available unscented (jasmine rice only) or lavender scented (jasmine rice plus dried lavender).  These rice packs come with a removable, washable cover.  Each rice pack includes detailed care instructions for using both heated or chilled.
